Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp large, peeled, deveined
- ¼ c olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Place the olive oil, lime juice, Italian seasoning and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to combine.
- Add the shrimp to the bag and toss to evenly coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Place on preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
