Wonton Walking Taco Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • taco seasoning
  • c water
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • taco toppings

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375. Lightly mist 12 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil and set aside.
  • Brown beef and add the taco seasoning (according to package directions) and water, simmer for 5- 10 minutes.
  • Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin, being sure to make the base of the wonton skin is flat.  Overlap a second wonton wrapper onto each.
  • Scoop the ground beef into the taco cups and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges of the wonton cups are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Top with favorite taco toppings.
