Chai Tea
Chai Concentrate:
- 1/3 Cup White Sugar
- 3 Heaping Tbsp Black Tea roughly 5 tea bags if you don’t have loose leaf
- 2 Tbsp Crushed Ginger Don't worry about peeling them
- 4 Crushed Cardamon Pods
- 5 Crushed Peppercorns
- 3 Cloves
- 2 3 inch Cinnamon Sticks
Chai:
- 2-3 Tbsp of Chia Concentrate
- 3/4 – 1 cup of Milk of choice
Chai Concentrate:
Method: Add water, spices, and tea to a pan. Once it is warm add the Sugar and stir till dissolved. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat immediately and cover. Allow to steep 25 mins. Strain, cool, and store in an air tight contrainer in the fridge for about 1 month.
