Cold Brew with Chocolate Cold Foam

Ingredients
  

Cold Brew Concentrate:

  • 4 oz ground Coffee medium ground is best, ~ 8 Tbsp
  • 4 1/4 Cup Water

Mocha Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 Cup BOILING water

Chocolate Cold Foam:

  • 1 Tbsp Mocha Sauce
  • 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 – 4 Tbsp Creamer

Drink Recipe:

  • Chocolate Cold Foam
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Mocha Sauce

Instructions
 

Cold Brew Concentrate:

  • Method: Put your grounds in a cold brew bag. I use tea bags and put a ~1 Tbsp per bag or use my french press. Cover with water. Leave out at room temperature for 24 hours. Remove the coffee, put in an air tight container. Last about 2 Weeks in the fridge.

Mocha Sauce:

  • Method: Mix all your ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. I use a hand milk frother to make it easy! Cool and store in the fridge in an air tight container for about a month.

Chocolate Cold Foam:

  • Method: Combine all ingredients with a frother or whisk until it reaches desired foaminess.

Drink Recipe:

  • Method: Combine the Water and Cold Brew Concentrate. Top with your Cold Foam!
