Smoked Pineapple Spiral Ham
Ingredients
- Ham Fully Cooked
- 20 oz Pineapple Canned Sliced
Glaze
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 6 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
Spray for Ham
- 3 Oranges Juiced
- Remaining Pineapple Juice
- 1 C Ginger ale
Instructions
- Combine all glaze ingredients.
- Put sliced Pineapple in between the slices of spiral cut ham.
- Cover ham in glaze.
- Place ham on smoker.
- Combine the juices to create spray.
- After ham has been on smoker 30 minutes, spray ham with juice mixture and tent ham with foil.
- Every 30 to 45 minutes, spray the ham with the juice mixture.
- A precooked ham should take about 20 minutes per lb. But ensure the ham reaches an internal temperature on 145°

We are using a fully cooked spiral cut ham. A raw ham will take much longer, follow safe cooking guidelines and ensure ham reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees.
