Blackstone Ham Biscuit Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 can Biscuits
- 6 eggs
- Breakfast Meat of Choice We Used Leftover Ham
- ⅓ C Cream
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat Griddle on low heat and oil.
- Place biscuits on griddle and cover with a heat safe dome.
- After 7-10 minutes flip the biscuits and recover.
- While the biscuits finish cooking (about 3-4 minutes) mix together eggs, cream, and seasonings.
- Once biscuits are done, remove from griddle. Pour eggs onto griddle and scramble.
- Add leftover ham to griddle and warm it up.
- Once eggs are cooked, assemble your biscuit sandwich.

We like to add jam to ours for a little sweetness, honey is also great and pairs lovely with the ham!
