Cherry Cola Pork Ribs
- 3-4 lbs country style pork ribs
- 2-3 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2-3 Tbsp onion powder
- 2-3 Tbsp paprika
- ½ Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Pepper
- 12 oz can of Coke
- ¼ C Cherry Syrup
In a tin foil pan season your ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the can of cola and cherry syrup over the ribs.
Place on a 250° smoker or put in oven for 2-3 hours.
Cook until done. (2 ish hours) Ribs need to at least read 145° on a meat thermometer, however the ribs will still be tough at this temperature. The ribs should get tender and read above 145° when ready.
