Blackstone Roasted Veggies
Ingredients
- bacon grease optional
- 3 smaller zucchini
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 16 oz sliced white mushrooms
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle or pan to medium heat and melt your bacon grease or oil of choice.
- Layout your veggies, minus the mushrooms, in a layer to start roasting
- Add a few sprinkles of salt.
- Once the broccoli is close to your preference of softness, add the mushrooms.
- Cook, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are caramelized and veggies are cooked through (10-15 minutes).
