Smash Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- Yellow onion sliced
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Make 1/3 cup balls, loose of hamburger meat. Place straight onto the preheated griddle.
- Once they've started to brown, use a piece of parchment and a burger press, spatula, or pan to smash the meat balls to 1/4" thickness.
- Season with seasonings.
- Flip after 3 minutes and move to one side of the griddle, add onions to open space and start to caramelize them.
- After 3 more minutes pull Patties and add buns to toast.
- Assemble and enjoy!!
