Everything but the Kitchen Sink Coffee
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 3 inch cinnamon stick broken in pieces can substitute ground cinnamon
- 1 whole clove
- ½ cup ground coffee medium grind works best in a French press
- 4 cups water just under boiling (boil and cut heat, wait 3 minutes)
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract per cup
- Chocolate syrup
- Milk of choice
- Whipped cream of choice we use coconut
In a sauce pot, French press, or large measuring cup add your coffee, clove, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Pour heated water over, stir and cover
While the coffee is steeping, add vanilla and chocolate syrup to your mugs. And then add your milk/cream of choice.
After roughly 5 minutes, strain the coffee and pour into your mug. Top with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup!
