Dairy Free Soda Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ Cup Buttermilk for dairy free use your favorite milk alternative and add 2 Tbsp of white distilled vinegar.
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F
  • Mix together your bread flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add half you milk and mix. Then slowly add more milk until you have a slightly sticky dough.
  • Add to a baking tray that is dusted with flour, cut almost all the way through into quarters.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until it is a darker brown and sounds hollow when taped.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting and eating.
