Bonnie Cake (Coconut Mandarin Orange Cake)
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 Box of Butter Cake Mix
- ¾ c Oil
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges
Frosting
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple
- 3.4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 c Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 12 oz Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
- Combine and mix all cake ingredients and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Let cool before frosting.
Frosting
- Mix all of the listed frosting ingredients. Frost cake and store in fridge.
