Blackstone Loaded Hashbrowns
- 1 bag Shredded Hash Browns Frozen
- Butter or Oil for Blackstone
- 1 c Shredded Cheese
- ¼ c Bacon Bits
- 1 large Onion thinly sliced
Preheat the Blackstone, oil or butter.
Caramelize onions.
Place the hashbrowns on Blackstone, dividing them in small portions that you will be able to flip using your spatulas. Let cook for about 5 minutes, then lift edges to check if they are browned. Flip, cook an additional 5 or so minutes till desired crispiness is achieved.
Once done, sprinkle with cheese, onions, and bacon bits.
Remove once cheese is melted and serve.
