Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk We used, Coconut Sweetened Condensed Milk for Dairy Free
  • Tbsp Ground Coffee Medium grind, We use Folgers for affordability
  • Boiling Water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Put sweetened condensed milk in a heat resistant drinking glass. 
  • Load your phin with your coffee according to your phin's instructions and place on your glass. 
  • Pour just enough boiling water into your phin to cover the coffee grounds and let drip. Once empty fill the phin to the top with boiling water and put the lid on to help with heat retention. 
  • Let all the water drip through, 2-3 minutes. Remove the phin, and stir to dissolve the sweetened condensed milk. 
  • Add ice and enjoy!
