Blackened Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • Tilapia fillets
  • 1 TBSP per filet Blackening seasoning we use red magic!!
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Tartar sauce or sauces of choice
  • Coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage

Instructions
 

  • Place your fillets on a preheated skillet or griddle (medium heat).
  • Top each filet with about 1/2 TBSP of your blackening seasoning.
  • After about three minutes flip and season the other side with the remaining seasoning.
  • Cook until cooked through about another three minutes, we like the split out fillets in half to check for doneness and they fit on tortillas better.
