Blackened Fish Tacos
- Tilapia fillets
- 1 TBSP per filet Blackening seasoning we use red magic!!
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Tartar sauce or sauces of choice
- Coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
Place your fillets on a preheated skillet or griddle (medium heat).
Top each filet with about 1/2 TBSP of your blackening seasoning.
After about three minutes flip and season the other side with the remaining seasoning.
Cook until cooked through about another three minutes, we like the split out fillets in half to check for doneness and they fit on tortillas better.
