Blackstone Buffalo Chicken Sliders
- Butter
- 3 C Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 C Shredded Cheese
- ½ C Buffalo Sauce
- 1 large Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ C Ranch Dressing can sub with blue cheese dressing
Caramelize Onion on Blackstone.
Add chicken to onions. Let chicken warm through. Move to slide when done.
Split the rolls into tops and bottoms. Melt butter onto Blackstone and place rolls onto the griddle insides down.
Once they are browned to liking remove. Combine chicken with buffalo sauce and spread out. Top with cheese. Once cheese is melted place in rolls. Drizzle with ranch and serve.
