Blackstone French Toast
- Oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coffee creamer we use sweet and creamy oat creamer
- 1/2 cup milk we use oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar separated in two 1/4 cups
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 slices of Texas toast thick cut white bread
- Powder sugar and syrup for garnish and eating!
Mix eggs, creamer, and milk together
In a bowl, have cinnamon and 1/4 cup brown sugar mixed together, add the egg/milk mixture and vanilla. Mix well.
In a second bowl, mix granulated sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar
Dunk your slices into the wet mixture, then the sugar mixture, then place on your preheated griddle, skillet, etc… we use our small Blackstone!
Cook until deep golden brown on low to medium heat on each side. About 5 minutes each side.
Serve warm with powder sugar and maple syrup!
