French toast on Blackstone griddle

Blackstone French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coffee creamer we use sweet and creamy oat creamer
  • 1/2 cup milk we use oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar separated in two 1/4 cups
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 slices of Texas toast thick cut white bread
  • Powder sugar and syrup for garnish and eating!

Instructions
 

  • Mix eggs, creamer, and milk together
  • In a bowl, have cinnamon and 1/4 cup brown sugar mixed together, add the egg/milk mixture and vanilla. Mix well.
  • In a second bowl, mix granulated sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Dunk your slices into the wet mixture, then the sugar mixture, then place on your preheated griddle, skillet, etc… we use our small Blackstone!
  • Cook until deep golden brown on low to medium heat on each side. About 5 minutes each side.
  • Serve warm with powder sugar and maple syrup!
