Blackstone Ham Biscuit Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Biscuits
  • 6 eggs
  • Breakfast Meat of Choice We Used Leftover Ham
  • C Cream
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Griddle on low heat and oil.
  • Place biscuits on griddle and cover with a heat safe dome.
  • After 7-10 minutes flip the biscuits and recover.
  • While the biscuits finish cooking (about 3-4 minutes) mix together eggs, cream, and seasonings.
  • Once biscuits are done, remove from griddle. Pour eggs onto griddle and scramble.
  • Add leftover ham to griddle and warm it up.
  • Once eggs are cooked, assemble your biscuit sandwich.

Add cheese if you would like. 
We like to add jam to ours for a little sweetness, honey is also great and pairs lovely with the ham!
