Coconut Orange Spritzer with coconut mandarin orange cake

Bonnie Cake (Coconut Mandarin Orange Cake)

Ingredients
  

Cake

  • 1 Box of Butter Cake Mix
  • ¾ c Oil
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges

Frosting

  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple
  • 3.4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1 c Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 12 oz Whipped Topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
  • Combine and mix all cake ingredients and pour into a greased cake pan.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting

  • Mix all of the listed frosting ingredients. Frost cake and store in fridge.
