Coconut Syrup
- 1 Cup toasted Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup water

- 2 tsp coconut syrup
- 1 Tbsp Orange Juice
- Sparkling water

Meathod: Put all ingedients into a sauce pan and heat until it’s just about to boil. Cover and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 15 minutes. Return to a medium heat and reduce until it reaches the desired thickness (~10 minutes)
To toast Coconut you can either put it in your pan on a low-medium heat and stir frequently until toasted. Or put in a 325ºF oven for 8-15 minutes in a single layer. Keep an eye on it. It can burn quickly.”
