Cream Corn
- 2 2 lb Bags frozen corn defrosted
- 1 stick butter melted (1/2 cup)
- 1-1½ cup Evaporated Milk Around 10 oz can
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method: Pre heat oven to 375ºF. In a 4 qt oven saft dish pour one bag of corn. Then blend the other bag of corn with the butter and 1 cup of milk until smooth.
Pour the Blended mixture over the corn in the baking dish and stir together. Add more milk as needed to get a smooth consistency. Covered with baking dish lid or loosey with foil. Bake for 45 mintues, uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes to brown the top.
