Korean Inspired Ground Beef Bowls
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce Use Coconut Aminos for soy free alternative
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger Can use 1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Sriracha Optional
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 lb Slaw Mix Our has shredded Green Cabbage, Red Cabbage, and Carrots
- Fried Onions for Garnish
- Greens of Green Onions Sliced, for Garnish
- Fresh Cooked Rice To serve with!
Brown your beef on your Blackstone, griddle or skillet. While it’s growing add the onion and garlic powder to your beef.
Combine your soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seed oil, ginger, and sriracha in a bowl.
Add the cabbage mix to one side of your griddle or to a second skillet to start to sauté and soften it.
Once your beef is browned add the sauce and mix it in. Cook/simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
Combine the slaw mix and beef.
Enjoy! We like to serve ours over fresh rice topped with green onions, fried onions, and a drizzle of sriracha!
