Korean Inspired Ground Beef Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce Use Coconut Aminos for soy free alternative
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger Can use 1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Optional
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 lb Slaw Mix Our has shredded Green Cabbage, Red Cabbage, and Carrots
  • Fried Onions for Garnish
  • Greens of Green Onions Sliced, for Garnish
  • Fresh Cooked Rice To serve with!

Instructions
 

  • Brown your beef on your Blackstone, griddle or skillet. While it’s growing add the onion and garlic powder to your beef. 
  • Combine your soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seed oil, ginger, and sriracha in a bowl. 
  • Add the cabbage mix to one side of your griddle or to a second skillet to start to sauté and soften it. 
  • Once your beef is browned add the sauce and mix it in. Cook/simmer until the sauce is absorbed. 
  • Combine the slaw mix and beef. 
  • Enjoy! We like to serve ours over fresh rice topped with green onions, fried onions, and a drizzle of sriracha!
