Peppermint Mocha Latte

Ingredients
  

Mocha Sauce:

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 Cup BOILING water

Peppermint Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Syrup
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract

Latte:

  • 1 – 2 Tbsp Mocha Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Peppermint Syrup
  • 1 Shot of espresso
  • 3/4 – 1 Cup Milk Frothed or Steamed

Instructions
 

Mocha Sauce Method:

  • Mix all your ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. I use a hand milk frother to make it easy! Cool and store in the fridge in an airtight container for about a month.

Peppermint Syrup Method:

  • Combine sugar and water in a saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved, lower to medium low heat, and simmer until it is desired thickness. about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in your peppermint extract. Bottle/Jar and allow to cool without lid. Once cool it’s ready to be sealed. Will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks to 1 month.

Latte Method:

  • Mix your mocha sauce and peppermint syrup together, I use a hand frother to make it easy. Mix in your espresso. Top with your milk of choice! Enjoy!.
