Peppermint Mocha Latte
Mocha Sauce:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 Cup BOILING water
Peppermint Syrup:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Syrup
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
Latte:
- 1 – 2 Tbsp Mocha Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Peppermint Syrup
- 1 Shot of espresso
- 3/4 – 1 Cup Milk Frothed or Steamed
Peppermint Syrup Method:
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved, lower to medium low heat, and simmer until it is desired thickness. about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in your peppermint extract. Bottle/Jar and allow to cool without lid. Once cool it’s ready to be sealed. Will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks to 1 month.
