Mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli sauteed

Blackstone Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • bacon grease optional
  • 3 smaller zucchini
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 16 oz sliced white mushrooms
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your griddle or pan to medium heat and melt your bacon grease or oil of choice.
  • Layout your veggies, minus the mushrooms, in a layer to start roasting
  • Add a few sprinkles of salt.
  • Once the broccoli is close to your preference of softness, add the mushrooms.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are caramelized and veggies are cooked through (10-15 minutes).
