Smoked Cobbler/Dump Cake (dairy free)
- 1 box yellow butter cake mix our is listed to be dairy free
- 21 oz Large can of Cherry pie filing
- 20 oz Large can of crushed pineapple
- 1 stick melted butter 1/2 cup, we use crocks plant based sticks
Dump the pineapple and cherry pie filing in a 9×13 pan and mix
Dump the DRY cake mix on top and distribute evenly
Pour the melted butter over top gently to not disrupt the cake mix
Place on a 325° smoker for 30 minutes. We then put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. You can do this fully on the smoker if desired, it will take 1.5 to 2 hours.
Alternatively you can skip the smoker and just put this in a 350° for about an hour (till the top is golden and crumbly)
