Smoked Wings
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings
- Olive Oil
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Salt I use one with parsley
- Pepper
- BBQ Sauce of Choice
Instructions
- Combine spices to form the rub. Drizzle ribs with oil and spice rub. Then give them a good mix.
- Heat the smoker or grill to 250-275°. Lay the wings out over indirect heat and grill for 70 to 90 minutes, ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°.
- Once wings are done, baste with sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
