Wonton Walking Taco Cups
- 1 lb ground beef
- taco seasoning
- ⅔ c water
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 c shredded cheese
- taco toppings
Pre-heat the oven to 375. Lightly mist 12 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil and set aside.
Brown beef and add the taco seasoning (according to package directions) and water, simmer for 5- 10 minutes.
Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin, being sure to make the base of the wonton skin is flat. Overlap a second wonton wrapper onto each.
Scoop the ground beef into the taco cups and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges of the wonton cups are crispy and the cheese is melted.
Top with favorite taco toppings.
